KirbnJays provides customers with upfront flat-rate pricing and always discusses pricing before performing any work. KirbnJays offers discounts and is always upfront by letting customers know about these discounts and how to receive them!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As my grandpa always used to say “A happy customer is a returning customer”, I listen and address every customer concern, I fix things and always do it right the first time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re a licensed HVAC Servicer/Installer master mechanical contractor with 18+ years of experience. We’re also certified by NATE and the National Propane Gas Association.
