- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to here the problems from the customer and see if it can be solved over the phone and like to set up a time to work on pc at customer's convenience. New parts may be needed and could inform the customer of cost and evaluation of cost of repair and time to fix the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor of science degree in computer science. CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certification. I am also 30 + years of work experience in the field of IT.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly corporate customers in all sort of industries and all levels of management and work levels.
