- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new client, it's our turn to listen. Our clients come to us for help with a specific problem. Effectively listening is the first and most important step in properly communicating an effective solution.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Seeing my own friends and family go through the struggles that now many of my clients face is why I do this job. Often, when faced with what seems to be insurmountable odds, there's help out there. Finding it is the difficult part in all of that, and my goal is to make such available.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly people just like me, facing every day struggles.
