Experienced horse trainer and riding instructor with over 10 years of hands-on experience with equines of all types. I’ve worked with minis, donkeys, mules, quarter horses, thoroughbreds, and draft horses — whether they’re just getting started, in need of a refresher, or working through behavioral issues. My training approach focuses heavily on groundwork and problem-solving, using natural horsemanship and positive reinforcement to build confidence and softness in every horse. From halter breaking to addressing specific challenges, I tailor each session to the horse’s individual needs and learning style. In addition to horse training, I offer riding instruction for people of all experience levels. I’m confident teaching in both English and Western disciplines, with a primary focus on English. Lessons are customized to meet each rider’s goals — whether you’re learning the basics, rebuilding confidence, or refining your technique. I place strong emphasis on communication, balance, and true horsemanship — developing a respectful, two-way partnership with the horse rather than treating them as a vehicle. My goal is to help riders understand their horse’s perspective and build a relationship based on trust, clarity, and feel.
