Richard completely transformed my lower level by installing beautiful new wood flooring, repairing and painting the drywall, and applying a fresh textured finish to the ceiling. Did an awesome job removing a wall between our kitchen and living room! Patched the ceiling up nicely and kept us updated throughout the project! Finished a little earlier than anticipated just in time for Christmas. I would recommend him to anyone (:

We had a fairly straight forward drywall repair & replace & paint which was done well. We also had a very bad prior installation of a whole house fan by another contractor and Shadetree reconfigured that and it came out looking professionally installed.
