We had a fairly straight forward drywall repair & replace & paint which was done well. We also had a very bad prior installation of a whole house fan by another contractor and Shadetree reconfigured that and it came out looking professionally installed.

Richard remodeled the main bedroom and bathroom of our house. He did an excellent job with tearing everything out - carpet, tile, cabinets, and then rebuilding the bed and bath, installing new bedroom carpet, a new walk-in shower, new cabinets, flooring, lighting, and mirrors. It turned out perfect - on time and on budget, and no impact to the rest of the house. We will definitely hire Shadetree again.
