We had a fairly straight forward drywall repair & replace & paint which was done well. We also had a very bad prior installation of a whole house fan by another contractor and Shadetree reconfigured that and it came out looking professionally installed.

We had to redo the floor in our bathroom. Just wanted something simple vinyl, but feel like I was talked into doing tile instead. The price was good so I went with it. For the most part, the tile looks very good, but it is very uneven, one tile is significantly higher than the next in a few spots to the point, it is physically uncomfortable to stand on. The toilet had to be taken out and reinstalled, and now it wobbles a lot and not installed correct. Also one place where you can see a hole under the toilet where the tile was not cut correct. Mediocre, feel like they’d do good work on a smaller project, regretting my choice for this one.
