Kaycee did an exceptional job cleaning our property. She was easy to communicate with throughout the process and very accommodating of our requests. We dont have in-unit laundry, but she took the initiative to bring everything down to the laundry room and handle the loads herself.Weve used another cleaning company before, and this deep clean was noticeably more thorough at a more reasonable price. Her attention to detail really stood out. She checked the condition of the sheets and other items in the unit and flagged anything that might need attention, which was incredibly helpful between guests.What impressed me most was how proactive she was. She asked clarifying questions rather than making assumptions, and she even picked up chocolates for our next guests. Those small touches make a real difference.She also photographed everything and walked me through the property afterward, so I knew exactly what condition it was in when she finished. That kind of transparency gave me genuine confidence that everything had been handled properly.We will absolutely keep using Sunshine & Suds for our property. Id highly recommend Kaycee to anyone looking for a cleaner who is thorough, reliable, communicative, and takes real pride in her work.

Kaycee is an amazing person and her attention to detail is exceptional. She has cleaned our house twice now and the second was even better than the first. The more that she gets to know our home the faster she is at cleaning it. She comes in with a plan and she execute it well. She has her own cleaning supplies And is open to anything that you may want yourself as far as your own product products. She is respectful when there are others in the house and will start at a different part of your house. Overall, I am blessed to have her be a part of our family now and we will be using her for years to come Im sure.
