- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when a customer request a quote from Ameri-Tree Services, LLC there's a 3 step process we go through with them. 1. Phone Call(this is to get a brief description of the work and set up a time to meet the customer) 2. Meeting The Customer(this is when the customer meets one of our professionals and does a walk through and tells us what it is exactly they're looking to have done and gets our advice) 3. Generating Another Happy Customer(this is where we do our best to give the customer a price they're comfortable with and put it on contract so there's no suprises when the job is completed)
