- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing for any job begins with a bid. I charge $20 a bid for my time, and effort of putting projects together. This fee will be refunded at close, if the contract is accepted and completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After scheduling is completed, We will meet. The first appointment will determine the scale and concept of the job or project you need. (This begins with my $20 refundable bid fee) After signing for acceptance, one half of full project costs are due immediately. Then our preparations begin. Material & supplies, are chosen, then ordered. On site prep begins the work. Work begins when all deposits, fees, costs, material, supplies, tools, equipment, arrangements, and bodies involved are set for success. Note: It should be taken into consideration that remodeling projects or any large scale projects take time, have processes, and sometimes even setbacks or moments. However, when both I and my clients are able to work together for the desired effects, we will achieve desired results without fail. (I require every job bid at or over 300$ to give an upfront deposit of half the total contract cost at signing. This allows flexibility for my services. And has worked well for many years.) Installation service begins, is then performed, then completed to the satisfaction of all parties. And final payment is received.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 Years of personal experience and training for interior and exterior building, designing and maintenance. I have completed many projects for many different clients in many places in the Metro.
