At Best Mexico Movers, we utilize the services of local packers / loaders / unloaders throughout the US and Canada. As such, we have a lot of experience to know the quality of work done.
When we called Lester at Happy Hour Moving, we were in a real bind. The original unloaders we chose were not able to do the job and the truck was coning the very next day. In addition to that, it was going to be an unusually large unload, with more than a few technical challenges.
From my first conversation with Lester, I knew we had found the right company. He answered the phone (the first rarity) and told me he was in the middle of a job and would have to call back in 15 minutes, which is exactly what he did (another rarity).
Lester listened to the requirements of our job, asked a few questions, and said he could do it.
The next day, our truck was late, so Lester and his crew had to wait around for a while, which they did with professionalism and understanding. (Lester also had to leave the job to guide the driver in to the unloading address.)
Lester and his team did the unload with zero issues, very efficiently, and at a reasonable cost. The client was absolutely thrilled, as were we. We would very highly recommend Lester and Happy Hour Moving.
