Our process is designed to make things easy, clear, and stress-free for our customers: Initial Contact – We start by listening. Whether you call, message, or book online, our team takes the time to understand your needs and concerns. Scheduling & Dispatch – We’ll schedule a convenient time for a licensed technician to visit your home. You’ll receive text and call notifications so you know exactly when we’re on the way. In-Home Evaluation – Our technician will inspect the issue or system, explain what they find, and offer honest recommendations. No pressure, just real solutions. Upfront Pricing – You’ll get a clear, detailed estimate before any work begins. Professional Service – Once approved, we complete the work efficiently and with great care. We use red carpet service techniques to protect your home and always clean up after ourselves. Follow-Up & Support – After the job is complete, we check in to ensure everything’s working as expected. Plus, we offer ongoing maintenance through our Care Club for long-term peace of mind.
