- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base service call rate is $60 but does change depending on factors such as severity, duration and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet each customer and find out what their individual needs are. Listening to the customers issue and then finding a solution for them that meets their specific needs while staying within their budget is top priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA Universal Certification, HVAC Licensed. Maintenance field for over 20 years apprenticing in Plumbing, Electrical and other aspects of construction.
