It gives us the opportunity to teach them all about their new house, from general maintenance, to deferred cost items, or maybe just some energy saving tips. When they leave the inspection they will feel confident in the decision making process and also have the knowledge to properly maintain their new home.

I recently purchased my first home. Before putting in the offer I had Matt inspect the house. Best decision I have ever made! He walked through the WHOLE house (literally every place he could get into, and on top of) and eased my mind immensely.
