- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $35 per hour, or it can be a fixed price for a project. If you have only video files with the same format, and you have music that you want me to use, then I can give you the following prices for video: up to 3 min video - $105 up to 5 min video - $150 up to 10 min video - $250 for longer video, just add $25 for each additional minute It will include title and subtitles if you need. If the footage includes a lot of pictures, I will charge a little more, as I will have to edit every picture and make an animation for each picture, which is usually only 2-3 second on the screen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would need you to send me all your files via internet. You can use wetransfer.com for files that less than 2giga. It's free and very easy to use. If you want to use another way to send your files, it's also fine. I will need to hear from you about your project, what is the idea of your video, who is your audience, what is the purpose of making the video. Every detail matters! If you have script, please send it to me with all your files, if you have title and subtitles that you would like me to add, please send me the text or via thumbtack or as a word document. It's very important that we understand each other well. I will send you the final video for your review and if you need me to do any corrections, I would do the corrections and send you the final video again. If you decide to do some additions to your video after submitting the order, we will need to discuss the additional price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed many video courses when I lived in Israel. I have my certificate and can show them to you. I have a certificate from iDigital for Video Production on Final Cut Pro. I have been working as a media team member doing videos for a ministry called "Maoz Israel" Some of the video from that period of time I included in my video gallery.
