- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't really have a standard pricing because every job is different. Someone who has a difficult project shouldn't be paying the same as someone who has an easy project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is to first greet them and then ask to see the work that needs to be completed. On landscape projects I always see what the customer has in mind on doing. I then explain ways that that will work or ways that would be better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience in the field and some college.
