- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices may range due to the frequency or infrequency of the first initial cleaning. If the first initial housecleaning entails more of a “deeper cleaning” ...which it usually does, because it has not had a professional cleaner in at all or has had them in the past and may not have kept up with cleanings professionally. Other homes may be in transition from another cleaner and perhaps is in need of a “normal” standard housecleaning maintenance. This will entail a lower charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually at the initial visit to clean a patrons home I greet them if the owner is home or key or code-in with my supplies on hand & get right to work! There is no dallying when you are a professional house worker or home maker. You need to focus & get the cleaning flowing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
They range from tiny houses to very large estates. In my past...I created a new webpage because I took a break to be a caregiver for a duration. So with that said, I have experience in the housecleaning business prior to this year starting again.
