Coop & Sons was exceptional. My request wasn't standard, in my opinion. He literally had to figure it out as he went along, and he did it quickly. I'd had a storm door with a pet door installed, but didn't realize until after the door was installed that the pet door wasn't the normal one my dogs were familiar with, and they wouldn't use the door. The pet door was designed to form a seal-not surprising when you consider it's part of a storm door-so weather stripping and magnets were involved. When my dogs tried to go through the door, they weren't figuring out that they had to push harder than normal. I'd removed that door thinking I could replace it with the normal pet door flap I'm used to, but the door isn't designed that way. When he arrived and I explained my crazy request, he began to methodically consider the options. We brainstormed a few ideas, and eventually settled on disassembling the pet door flap, removing the magnets and the weather stripping, and reinstalling the flap. It worked perfectly! Considering he was starting from scratch and with no idea what to expect, the amount of time it took him to finish was impressive.
