- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am open to many different pay ranges. I understand that different types/sizes of companies have vastly different budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My preferred process is to have a phone call with the customer so that we can discuss their specific needs. I have a battery of questions that helps me to ascertain the scope of the project and to narrow down the timeline. From there, the work process is client-dependent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold two bachelor's, a master's, and half of a doctorate. In addition to teaching English for 15 years, I have worked as an editor at a large engineering firm and worked as a freelancer since 1999. My specialty is technical documents such as white papers and websites. Formatting is a particular strength of mine.
