Dallas did an absolutely amazing job! The initial response was quick, friendly and accommodating to my dogs and the when she had questions about the amount of work needed to complete the job to her best ability she reached out before just assuming! I’ve never had a floor boards and ceiling lights more clean!!! I will definitely be using her for biweekly cleanings!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
50$ an hour but I offer many discounts for new clients
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let them know who I am a little bit about me and why I started my own business. Then I ask them what kind of clean they are needing done and explain what I specialize in but I offer a variety of options still. I ask them about the size of there home so I can get them an estimate. Then give them details of the discounts I’m offering at that time. Then once we agree on everything and they understand my prices we set a date for there first clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained by a very thorough and detailed cleaning company. Actually a company that is the top 10 cleaning companies in the entire state of Missouri! The number one cleaning company in Kansas City Missouri. I’ve been trained the quickest way possible to clean a house top to bottom not missing a spot. Every client is extremely happy after every clean I’ve done.
