- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private lessons are $65/hr. Board and train packages include: 2 weeks ($910), 3 weeks ($1,365) and 4 weeks ($1,820). Each package includes both private lessons and follow up lessons for each week the dog is in training. I offer a 10% discount to military, police, and firefighter personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with any new client, I need to know what goals the owner has in mind. This can be done with a phone call, email, or a free in-person consultation. Once specific goals have been set, a plan is formed and the first lesson is set up. I like to schedule lessons at regular intervals to keep a consistent program and help owners stay on track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at the University of Arizona and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences. I worked for 2 years under another well known dog training facilities management and have since decided to start my own business. I have thoroughly enjoyed building and expanding my own business for the last 3 years and building my own client base.
