I cannot say enough good things about John and his son, Wyatt. They painted my son’s ceiling, three walls, and an accent wall, and the results are absolutely beautiful.
I had originally started the accent wall myself with wood pieces, but they took the time to fill everything in and smooth it out so it looked flawless. It honestly looks incredible. On top of that, John noticed that the accent wall in my daughter’s room hadn’t been painted yet. I had already wallpapered and installed the wood detail, but it still needed paint. He asked what color I planned to use and offered to take care of it for me. That alone says so much about his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond.
They also hung a new “fandelier” in my son’s room and handled everything seamlessly. What really impressed me is that they completed all of it in essentially one full day. Then they came back the next morning for touch ups and specifically asked if there was anything at all I wanted adjusted. That level of care and professionalism is rare.
I received several quotes before hiring them, and John’s pricing was by far the most fair. It was not cheap in a concerning way, and it was not inflated either. It was honest and reasonable for the quality of work they delivered. You can tell they truly care about what they do.
They were responsive, professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work at a fair price.

What an incredible experience with John, at Thumbtack Services!
John was prompt; very courteous and polite. Very much a professional. What I noticed, in particular, was his enthusiastic attitude!
He immediately focused his attention on the problem he was originally hired to solve. But, I soon learned he’s skilled in a variety of tasks, with a specialty in Plumbing.
John, is definitely “detail-oriented;” right down to how he keeps his work area tidy, and organized. In addition, he noticed an additional item that was in danger of becoming a “big problem.”
“I’ve had good, and bad experiences over the years. But, in John, I’ve finally found the absolutely perfect handyman!!”
Not only is he fantastic to work and communicate with; but, he actually prefers a broader range of “small repairs!”His work is excellent!
