David and Barbara did an amazing job. The projects they completed were: demolition of. A 14 x 33 deck and rebuild. Turned out incredible. They hauled everything off including a hot tub. They also poured an 8 x 14 slab of concrete, installed a new outdoor water connection, power washed all the concrete surfaces as well as the privacy fence. Most of this work was done when the outside temperatures were in the upper 90's. They cleaned up every day before they would leave and checked in regularly to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Not only are they hard workers but also great people. By the end of the projects we had all become friends. Hard to find a contractor that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend.

We were very happy with the work that David James accomplished on our home. He offered professional advice and great ideas to help with our decisions. He and his wife completed the work in a timely manner and and were conscientious about leaving everything clean before leaving. We will hire them again for our upcoming projects!

We hired Christ Powered Construction to do a kitchen backsplash, bathroom wall, and master bathroom shower remodel. They were very responsive and informative about the estimate, the work that needed to be done, which materials we needed to buy, and how/when they'd do the job. The job was done in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the interactions we had with them. The kitchen tile work is amazing--straight lines all around and clean work. The bathroom wall looks good, but there was excess cement on the adjacent walls that we had to sand down in order to make the texture uniform. The main thing that keeps this from being a 5-star review is that the tile work in the master bathroom looks rushed. Lines are not straight, grout is uneven or excessive in places. Since we weren't on premises for the remodel, we weren't able to see this until after the job was done. We had to call a couple of times to have a light wired correctly and for the new faucet to be adjusted--this isn't necessarily negative, it just had to be done.

Details: Kitchen • Bathroom • Tub / Shower enclosure • Backsplash • 25 - 50 sq ft • Yes, existing tile needs to be removed • No; but I will buy the tiles myself
