Mason called within 5 minutes of my request for service. I told him what was happening with my oven and he said he was certain he knew what the problem was. He arrived a couple hours later and it took him about a half hour to fix the problem. I was greatly relieved to have it repaired as I have quite a lot of baking to do on the next 3 days. Mason was knowledgeable, prompt and personable. I will definitely call him next time I have an appliance break.
