Introduction: I’m the professional who can do those jobs that a contractor won’t because it’s too small for them. I specialize in a variety of technical skills including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall installation/repair, exterior wood rot, siding/trim, cabinetry/countertops, windows/doors, caulking/tile work, ramps/railing/gates/stairs, flooring/decks, glass/screen repair, wood rot, roof repair, concrete work, etc. I’m also a personal trainer and nutrition specialist with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their health and wellness. I’ve helped several type 2 diabetic and pre-diabetes clients get off of their medications and take control of their lives. I don’t do cookie cutter programs and I don’t do deprivation diets. I will show you how to develop a long term, sustainable nutrition and fitness program. This is my step of faith. Building this business though service is the first step in fulfilling a vision. I’m using this as a platform to start a non-profit training program to share these skills with others to show them an opportunity for livelihood and through that training program serve those in need.
