- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to take life situations into consideration when working out a pricing plan. There may be a travel fee for towns further out from the KC Metro area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a complimentary Assessment to discuss your needs and goals. This can be done over the phone, via video call or in-home ($50 fee). This usually takes about 20-45 minutes. At the in-home assessment or the 1st Session, we come up with a plan to help you meet your goals and personalize your space. Then, we work together to make your space work better for you (and your family)!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent most of my life organizing and optimizing! Making spaces and routines more efficient has been a life long passion. Before becoming a professional organizer, most of my career was spent in the corporate world as an administrative professional and most recently, a continuous improvement project specialist and project manager. Karen (owner). My team is comprised of Organizers with various backgrounds and experiences from stay-at-home moms to executive assistants. They all love order and work hard to help you!
