- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For insurance work you will be responsible for your deductible and the remainder will be covered by insurance. For retail there are a wide range of products that can vary from affordable to premium. Credit cards are accepted but will have a 3% fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st visit we will walk the property together looking for and documenting all of the damage. I will take the time to answer any questions you have about the process or issues you’ve been having with your house. That night you will get the damage report along with the photos. 2nd visit will be the adjustment where I will meet your insurance adjuster and point out all of the damage we discovered on the first visit. 3rd visit will be going over the work scope and selecting what work you want completed, type and color of material you want, and going over timelines for the work. Then the project will commence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked all the roles of a roofing company. The ground clean up, shingle installer, project manager, etc. I study at University of Missouri for business.
