- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Cardinal Plumbing we take the time to inspect your issue at hand and any contributing factors. Once our inspection is done we will provide upfront pricing options. You then get to take control and decide which repair option works best for you. With your approval we can normally begin work the same day!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer with Cardinal Plumbing, we will have to get your information set up in our system, we will then set up a time for your service call. Once we arrive, we will do an inspection and assess your issues, determine if there are any contributing factors to the issue. You will then be provided options to resolve the problem, with your authorization we will then get started on your repairs. After repairs are completed, we will then make sure you are satisfied with your repairs once you are happy with the repairs, we will collect payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the plumbing field for over 8 years, I am a licensed journeyman plumbing in Springfield with 6.5 years' experience, I am a licensed Master Plumber in Colorado as well.
