FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing flexible because I want training to be accessible for everyone. If cost is the only thing holding you back, please reach out—I'm willing to work with you. I offer a $5 discount per session when you attend multiple sessions per week, and I also provide shared sessions, where two people can train together and split the cost. My goal is to make quality training affordable while still delivering a high‑value, personalized experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start with a new client, we begin with a conversation about your goals, your experience, and what you want to get out of our sessions. From there, we set clear expectations so you know exactly what the process will look like. I then guide you through a movement assessment to see how your body moves, identify strengths and limitations, and determine what we need to focus on. This helps me design a personalized training plan that’s safe, effective, and aligned with your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Certified Nutrition Coach, also have completed training in balance and stretching.
