She was supposed to clean my home at 1PM on Thursday, September 29. She had to cancel because her kitchen faucet broke and water was everywhere. She rescheduled for 1PM Friday, September 30, but never showed up or called. I left a message on her cell phone to ask if she was ok and why she did not come. Also left message on Thumbtack correspondence. She has not called nor has she replied to e-mail.
