He put in a new part: a Thermaltake TR2 500W. The problem has been resolved. It only took 30-45 minutes. He gave us good advice and checked our computer for any other issues (there were none), and said our computer's performance was good. He was very nice and interesting.

Everyone with computer and stereo equipment from time to time needs a 'go to guy' for assistance. At first glance my job seemed fairly simple - put plugs on both ends of a Cat5 wiring. MobileNerd (Joel) worked around an issue with the quality of the wiring and assisted me moving furniture out of the way and with some patch application for my router. Was on time, friendly and knowledgeable – what more can you ask for? Five starts all the way. John B.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I do mostly virus removal, cleaning up older computers, in home network setups as well as web design.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
You can't hurt a computer by trying new things!! And I am a normal guy with a wife, regular house and normal life problems- we are all in this together!
