- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a phone evaluation to discuss your goals for training. I also offer in person training evaluations. Once we decide on a program, I require half of the total as a deposit to hold your start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my professional dog training certification through the Tom Rose School. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Communications through Lindenwood University. After college I completed an internship at a wildlife sanctuary.
