- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always self-educating. I feel that this is crucial in my field. I attend seminars and classes as often as I can. I've recently become certified in the fields of Lomi Lomi and Myofascial Release Therapy. I've been working with skin for four years now as an Esthetician. It wasn't until graduating from the program that I found my niche. I started customizing my facials to being 100% organic. I began studying herbs and oils anyway that I could. I took lots of community classes from locals, volunteering to work at community farms & gardens as well as working in the Herbs & Supplements department at a local grocery store. I started to become more confident in my field by creating products including: serum blends, bath soaks, moisturizers and exfoliants. I've designed facial menus for local spas.
