I received a message instantly, letting me know he could come out the same day. I was having issues with the temperature in my house dropping, and the weather was exceptionally cold. He arrived and determined the air filters were to thick, and were obstructing the heat. I noticed changes in the temperature within minutes of removing the other filter. Please call Hively if you need great service for your heating and cooling.

John Hively is highly recommended, A+++ all the way!! John went above and beyond in search for a solution to fix our aging furnace. We are not currently in the position to complete an overhaul to the HVAC system in our house and John was passionate and understanding. He searched high and low for parts and at the end of the day, he made it happen!! If anyone is looking for the right guy, look no further…you won’t be disappointed!

My furnace would shut off and wouldn’t come back on although the thermostat was set on 74 and it was 65 in the house. I contacted Hively who responded within minutes and my furnace was fixed today. I would definitely recommend using Hively and will contact the company if I have any issues again.
