We are your one- stop-shop for all your cleaning needs. No hassles of trying to schedule the house wash company to come out before the window cleaner so that they don't get the freshly cleaned windows dirty with the house wash. We do it all and coordinate it all. All cleaners are employees, NO CONTRACTORS TO DEAL WITH!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In choosing a cleaning service you want that service to have Liability insurance and workers compensation. Always ask for a copy of the insurance (COI Certificate of Insurance) before you allow the company to start work. It would be best if you ask for it with the estimate to save you time in choosing a company. The COI will give you the amount of liability and workers compensation they carry and it will give you the expiration dates of the insurance. How does the company answer the phone? Do they answer the phone live or is it a recording? If you get a recording, do they call you back promptly? Is the person answering the phone courteous and listen to your needs or do they sound like they are in a hurry and are not interested in listening to your requests? First impressions are generally the best you will get from them so take note of their demeanor.
