- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge competitive, flat fees for my criminal and traffic work. If the situation calls for hourly billing (i.e., civil or domestic issue), my standard rate is $150/hour. Payment plans can be negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet face to face with new clients if possible. At the very least, a phone conversation is important, both to obtain basic information about the client and case, and also to allow the client to get to know me and ask questions they may have about the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold two bachelor's degrees - psychology and political science - and graduated law school with certification in alternative dispute resolution. I have worked as a prosecutor, a private sector civil defense attorney, and a traffic/DWI/criminal defense attorney.
