- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Processes will vary by client and type of legal matter. Generally, the attorney-client relationship will begin when we meet for a confidential initial consultation. From there, we work with our clients to determine whether representation is ideal or feasible. If retained, we are very interactive with keeping our clients satisfied by providing status updates and prompt responses to questions or inquiries.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees. Years of experience in the field, including work for State judges, at multiple law firms, and as General Counsel for an international corporation.
