I am an accountant and an owner who is providing complete accounting services to businesses and their owners. I was a former IRS agent. I passed the CPA test in 1996. I prepared 1040, 1120, 1120S and 1065 tax returns. I performed complete payroll services for federal, state and city for the states of Missouri and Illinois. I prepared sales tax returns for both Missouri and Illinois for businesses, such as retail, restaurant, bar, and gas station. I represented clients for their federal IRS tax audits, correspondences, delinquent returns, offer-in-compromises, and appeal process for both income and payroll tax returns. I represented clients for state unemployment audits, state unemployment appeal process and state wage and hour audits. I conducted representations for employee vs. contract labor assessments with federal, state and St. Louis city governments.
