What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services starts at $350, which includes 5 Digitals and 1 Hour of Photoshoot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process of working with new client is, first know the client and understand their requirement. Once we are both in same page, we understanding what client wants and Client understands what we will deliver, we send out questionnaire, which helps us complete the contract.
- We then, meet with the client in person to complete and sign the contract. We also go over the plan for the photo sessions.
If the event/session is a short notice, we complete the contract on the day of photo session.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started by taking pictures for friends and colleagues. Our previous clients then referred us to different couples and families. We usually work with word to mouth referral basis.
