- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard fees are $150 per hour with a retainer of $1,500. This is subject to variation depending on whether the matter is set for trial already, whether the case is non-contested, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation via phone to discuss basics of the case. From there, it just depends upon what the client may need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started practicing law in 2004, and have been practicing continuously in private practice since then. Worked for lawyers prior to becoming a lawyer. Attended law school at Loyola New Orleans and completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri.
