- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price differently depending on the type of work I do from an oil change to brakes to and engine engine swap or transmission repair. The best way to save money is for me to get the parts and it also gives you a limited warranty on the work I do or a free come back and look if you suspect there is an issue with my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get all the information they know about their concerns before giving an estimate and giving them way I can save them more money if possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree in automotive and diesel technology as well as 6 years experience in the industry
