Introduction: I'm empowering everyday people and athletes for impact on and off the field in this game we call life. Services offered are as follows: Everyone's first 4 sessions are packaged and is a total charge of $75 . All 4 sessions are individual sessions completed in no more than two weeks. This is standard, regardless of what service you are seeking, in order to create a successful program for your needs to achieve your goals. Nutrition guidance is key part of your programing. * Personal Training, one-on-one for 45 mins to 1 hr -- $37.5 * Sports Performance Training, one-on-one for 30 mins -- $25 Or 1 hr -- $40 * Team Training for 30 mins or 1 hr, first two sessions -- $100 total In team training, there is an exception to the 4 package. * Catching or Batting Lessons, one-on-one for 30 mins -- $25 1hr 40$ What should you expect? 4 PACK: First Session -- This is an assessment. We get to know each other. I find out what your goals are, and then I will begin to assess where you currently are through measurements and questions. It is not so physically demanding. You should be prepared to fill out a health history form. You will also receive a homework assignment.(Dates of major upcoming events in your life and to make a bucket list) Second Session -- I continue to asses you. This session you can expect some physical work. Again you can expect a homework assignment. similar to a bucketlist. Third Session -- You will work out/train, then we will sit down and go over the program I have developed for you to reach your goals. Fourth Session -- You will do a normal training session. After the 4 pack: you will either meet with me 2 times or 3 times a week. Payments are done monthly prior to training. Your week/month will be programed out for you and you will have things to independently on some of the days we don't meet. About Me I am a strength and conditioning coach for Lindenwood University Rugby programs as well as an assistant coach for the women's side. I earned my personal training certification through the National Personal Training Institute in San Diego, CA/Pacific Beach. I have been in the fitness industry for five years now and have worked with individuals, from three years of age to 70+ years. I work with all abilities and all kinds of goals. I have experienced working with individuals with various medical conditions, from cardiac to diabetes, autism, MS and more. I'm excited to share my passion of fitness and athletics to all who are seeking to be better. It is my own personal journey and struggle that fuel my passion.
