Mr. Barnett was professional, kind, knowledgeable and obviously cares about what he does and the work he provides. He did a wonderful job. The piano sounds better than it has in years. His quality of work is amazing and the cost/price was very reasonable. I will definitely reach out to him when it’s time to retune. 5🌟

The gentlemen over at Piano Factory Stl are THE guys to move your piano!
I had the pleasure of meeting Ray, Melo, and Nathan, as they moved my digital Yamaha piano into my new apartment. I was extremely satisfied with the service they provided. This crew is extremely polite, friendly, and clearly experts in the trade. If you’re worried about your piano being moved with care, then you don’t have to worry with them. If I ever need to move or repair my piano while in Missouri or Illinois, then I will definitely be reaching out to Piano Factory Stl again. A big thank you goes out to Nathan, Melo, and Ray!
