- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so our pricing is based on the scope of work, labor, materials, project conditions, and timeline. We provide free estimates and competitive pricing. For larger or ongoing projects, we can also discuss customized pricing based on the scope and volume of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s project, goals, timeline, and expectations. When necessary, we schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the work. We then define the scope, provide an estimate, schedule the project, and keep the customer informed throughout the job. Our goal is clear communication from the first conversation through project completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, repairs, maintenance, and property renovations. We work with experienced tradespeople across multiple specialties and continue building our knowledge through real-world projects, industry standards, and proper construction practices.
