- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends upon the size and severity of the damage that we are repairing. The vast majority of our standard repairs cost in the $150-$250 price range, but this can vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to the customer and request photos of damage to be repaired. If needed, we can schedule a visit to inspect the damage in person. We then discuss price and schedule the repair. We are usually able to schedule within 2-3 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for 5 years and have repaired nearly every type of damage to a variety of surfaces in that time. Our techs receive training at our corporate office before beginning work for us and all of our techs have been with us for at least 2 years. This has provided them with an opportunity hone their skills to address any issue we come across.
