Phenomenal customer service, outstanding products, very reasonable prices, hard workers, high quality work... everything about this company is awesome. These guys can handle whatever problem water they can find, and Brian, Rusty, Paul and the rest of the crew have a great curiosity to really understand various water issues. They care about their customers and want to hear how things are working. I'm not sure I've seen anyone sweat pipe better than these guys: the solder looks like it was forged. They did a huge install for me and none of their work leaked at all, not one drop! (We did have a faulty component from the manufacturer that dripped, but they fixed that during the job).The most important aspect of their work to me was that they took the time to do the job right rather than rushing through it. I had a very difficult problem and instead of trying to rush through it to try and get it all done in one day, they took the time to dry fit and mock everything up, which helped prevent a few issues before they arose, and ultimately saved time and made a fantastic product.I wholeheartedly endorse their no-nonsense attitudes, their use of non-proprietary products (so you don't get stuck in endless expensive service contracts), and their use of ACTUAL SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING to solve water problems rather than hocus-pocus many others try and sell you on. These guys are the real deal, unlike many of the scammers in the water industry these days, and it is refreshing to deal with a company like this.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Properly done water filtration is not a “one shoe fits all” approach. We custom build your water
system to fit your water chemistry, family water usage and size of home. Our typical process is to
first test your water so that we can recommend options based on what you, the homeowner would
like to remove from your family’s water. The size of family and home are also very important factors
that determine the appropriate size of system needed. The last thing we do is look at the
installation side of things because a water filtration system must be installed right for it to work
properly. We don’t do “long-winded” sales pitches. We test, consult, answer any of your questions.
