I am relatively new to window cleaning, but it's not rocket science. You need to get the windows clean... period. I take a little longer than most cleaners, but every window I go to work on is clean and every job is approved by the customer before I leave. If there is ever an issue I got to whatever length to be sure the wrong is righted.
