FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts me, I first ask them about their vision for their shoot. If it's a senior, we'll talk about locations, time of year, outfits, accessories, and any hobbies, sports, or interests that you would like to include. If it's a family, we'll discuss many of those same topics, but add in the number of people and any "have to" groupings or poses. From there, we will discuss some pricing options. I offer packages that include both printed and digital products. I'll learn which products you are most interested in and which package you are leaning toward, but the final decision doesn't have to be made until after your photoshoot. We will set a date, time, and exchange contact information to ensure smooth communication. During the photoshoot, we'll have fun! We will take a variety of posed and candid photos that highlight your personality. Within a week of the photoshoot, we will meet for your gallery reveal and ordering session. We'll watch a slideshow of your images, then start narrowing down your choices based on the package you would like to choose. After that appointment, I will edit the chosen photos and send your print order to my professional photo lab. I'll also get a sneak peek up on social media (Facebook or Instagram), for you to share with your friends! When the prints are ready, I will deliver them to you.
