Just want to drop my two sense here. We needed some assistance at our office ensuring that our building environment is safe. We reached out to several professionals but we're very impressed that this team was able to provide solutions that fit our budget. They built us a scope that identified what timelines certain areas needed cleaned and because of the scope we found a great price. We have been impressed by the quality and attention to detail. They also fixed some of our equipment. We had a floor scrubber lying around and they fixed it so we can sell it since they brought their own equipment. Anyway, just my two cents.

When we were out of town a pipe broke. Water, mold problems, etc. Found them fast and they came over and had us fixed and safe again. Never had problems before like this, we're glad to find help.

A friend recommended us to Snake River Cleaning because they had a good experience. We asked them to completely prepare our home to be sold. We moved all the furniture out and they came in the very next day. When I went back to see the home after they finished, it was perfect. I didn't have to clean a single thing. I hate cleaning ovens and fridges but, they had done a wonderful job on them. All the appliances looked new again. This is definitely a five star company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices do vary depending on the work. Even with carpet cleaning there is no one size fits all. We strive to find solutions that fit the clients needs and budget. For instance some carpets may have stains that other cleaners have not removed in the past. We generally can remove these if it fits the budget or we can perform a simpler cleaning and provide a less costly service. This depends on each individual client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients are welcome, for large projects please contact us with as much notice as possible. We do have same day service in many cases. Either way we're happy to have you and hope to provide years of quality service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, I've received a bachelors in business management where I also studied chemistry and economics. Chemistry in particular is useful in understanding the reactions that take place when cleaning. Each of us has received both on the job and sit down training to help us better our services.
