What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what the customer wants and then help them get that completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained with the top 10 custom airbrush artist in the world in 2004 at the Iwata Air Affair in Salt Lake City Utah.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started with a drag race car of mine when I was working in my collision center one day. I was wanting lettering done on the car and trying to figure out who to get to do it. I had put so much time in my paint job and didn't want just anyone touching it. The guy that I hired coached me and told me that with the talent that I had, that I could do this type work myself and just as good as him. From there I started doing trainings with airbrush artist and then my business took off from there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. I always enjoy working with people and seeing what their minds allows them to come up with. Ive done a great deal of work for fire fighters, lawyers and average general workers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My favorite project to date is a wounded warriors project I recently finished. It was a Harley Davidson tri glide. This bike was more less a create it myself project and it turned out amazing. This project took me 45 days to complete.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I will make your paint dreams come true by taking the ideas you give me and turn them into a work of art. Make sure and call me so that we can build a relationship and get to know one another, and I can give you a estimate for your project.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Find out what they actually want done and then figure out their budget and what they are willing to spend to get that completed.
