Hello all! My name is Bob McIntyre, I am the owner of McIntyre Painting, a second-generation, family-owned and operated painting company. I reached out to Bob via Thumbtack and he responded quickly. Within a few days he was at my home to provide an estimate and we agreed on a date to complete the work. I mentioned to him I was flexible if he had an opening earlier. About a week later, Bob reached out letting me know that they did have an opening and they could start in just a few days if I wanted. They were on time, and did a very professional job even moving furniture, removing wall plates to paint behind them, used high-quality paint, and cleaned up very well after themselves. I would not hesitate to reach out to MyIntyre Painting again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the size of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to come by for a meet and greet and to check out the scope of work. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes, sometimes 2 hours depending on the size of the job. I'll give you a handwritten estimate before I leave. If you hire us you will receive unbelievable customer service before, during, and after the job. You wanna call me 10 times a day with questions? Go for it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I said above I started training on the job a long time ago and I still learn new things often.
